BHB Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BHB.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered

Please note:

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
• BHB is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

BHB Return Policy

At BHB, we want you to be confident in every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Be returned in the same condition it was received

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale items, limited releases, and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
